DHA Peshawar, Al Baraka Bank Sign MoU for Home Loans
According to a recent post on the authority’s Facebook page, the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Peshawar administration signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Al Baraka Bank Ltd to provide house construction finance services to members.

According to the specifics, the mortgage rate will be 1-year KIBOR plus 1.50%. According to reports, the funding cap would be PKR 35 million, and the duration will be up to 20 years.
According to a recent post, DHA Peshawar and Allied Bank Limited previously signed a sale deal for the establishment of a branch at DHA Peshawar.
In addition, the administration of DHA Peshawar inked a memorandum of understanding with United Bank Limited (UBL) for comparable house financing solutions that also accommodated Roshan Digital Account (RDA) customers.

According to the information posted on June 23, the financing rate was Kibor+1.7 percent per annum, and the financing limit ranged from PKR 1 million to PKR 30 million.
