The Gwadar East bay Expressway, the most significant mega connectivity and road infrastructure project worth $168 million, is expected to be finished this month.

The project was part of a larger $1,100,000,000 development plan for Gwadar and its port. Gwadar East bay Expressway was a six-lane urban highway that, upon completion, connected Gwadar Port with Gwadar Free Trade Zone and Makran Coastal Highway.
Experts in economics and commerce opined that the Gwadar East Bay Expressway would be a significant factor in maximising the commercial potential of Gwadar Port, particularly because it would connect Gwadar Port to Gwadar Free Trade Zone.

It should be noted that the completion of the Gwadar East Bay Expressway brought many benefits to the Coastal City. It would not only help Gwadar Port maximise its trading potential, but it would also transform Gwadar into a hub of investment for Pakistani businesses.
