Mr. Shah claimed that the district of Thar has maintained its beauty and tranquility throughout the years, and the government is already working on a number of projects to make Thar one of the top tourist destinations in the nation.
The provincial investment department’s secretary bemoaned the lack of investment by several agencies in promoting the sale of local goods and emphasized the importance of governmental support for protecting the district’s historical and heritage attractions.
Syed Zulfikar Ali Shah, the provincial secretary of mines and minerals, debunked the rumor that permits were being issued to remove valuable stones from the protected locations and noted that the Sindh government had started a number of measures to conserve the Karoonjhar Mountains.
Additionally, PPP MPA Qasim Siraj Soomro added that the administration had undertaken a number of measures to upgrade the infrastructure of the area.
