LAHORE: Etihad Town has announced the early handover of plot possession in Etihad Town Phase II, marking a major development milestone for customers and investors awaiting physical control of their properties.
A possession ceremony was held at the project’s cricket stadium in Lahore, bringing together customers, investors, Strategic Sales Partners, business representatives and other guests. The event formally marked the transition from property ownership on paper to physical possession of developed plots.
Located on Pine Avenue, Etihad Town Phase II offers connectivity toward major routes including Ferozepur Road, Raiwind Road and Jia Bagga Road, while its reported proximity to the Lahore Ring Road provides access to wider parts of the city.
Speaking at the ceremony, Etihad Town COO Sheikh Shujaullah Khan described the early possession as an important achievement for the developer and its customers. He also indicated that the company plans to deliver two additional projects ahead of their committed timelines during 2026.
The early possession of Phase II highlights the importance of timely project delivery in Lahore’s competitive real estate market, where buyers increasingly consider development progress, infrastructure and possession timelines when evaluating residential projects.
