Exports Orders Worth $250M Canceled Due to Gas Shortage
Islamabad: The industrial gas scarcity has seriously damaged Pakistani exports. The gas scarcity has resulted in the cancellation of orders worth millions of dollars, according to the All Pakistan Textile Mills Association.

Shahid Sattar, executive director of the APTMA, disclosed in an interview that at least $245 million in export orders have been canceled.

He further added that the APTMA has sent Trade Advisor Abdul Razzaq Dawood a “protest letter” in order to inform him of the existing situation.
