ISLAMABAD: The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) is holding a two-day auction of commercial plots in Islamabad’s G-13 and G-14 sectors on September 15 and 16, 2026.
The auction includes G-14 Markaz plots, Class-III commercial plots in G-14/2, mixed-use commercial sites and a corporate office plot in the Mauve Area.
Flexible Payment Options
FGEHA is offering successful bidders a two-year instalment facility. Buyers who make full payment upfront will receive a 10% discount.
The authority has also allowed successful bidders to seek building plan approval after paying 25% of the plot price, potentially enabling development work to begin before the remaining amount is cleared.
Prime Commercial Locations
The plots are located near major transport and road links, including the Metro Bus route and GT Road. FGEHA also highlights their access to the M-1 and M-2 motorways and Islamabad International Airport.
The auction follows several months of preparations by FGEHA, including meetings by its Auction Committee and the publication of an official auction announcement.
Prospective investors should verify plot-specific prices, sizes, terms and auction procedures directly through FGEHA’s official channels before making any payment, particularly given the authority’s warning about fraudulent websites impersonating FGEHA.
