The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) is set to conduct a two-day auction of commercial plots in Islamabad’s G-13 and G-14 sectors on September 15 and 16.
The auction will be held at Aura Grande Enclave in Sector E-11, featuring several commercial property categories, including plots in G-14 Markaz, Class-III commercial plots in G-14/2, mixed-use commercial plots and a corporate office plot in the Mauve Area.
Flexible Payment Options for Investors
According to FGEHA, successful bidders will have access to a two-year installment facility, providing investors with additional flexibility in managing their payments.
The authority will also allow building-plan approval after payment of the initial 25% amount, potentially enabling successful bidders to move forward with development at an earlier stage. A 10% discount will be available for lump-sum payments.
The plots offer access to major transportation routes, including the Metro Bus corridor and GT Road. The locations are also approximately eight minutes from the M-1 and M-2 motorways and around 12 minutes from New Islamabad International Airport.
FGEHA said preparations for the auction are underway, including the auction brochure, promotional campaign and other arrangements intended to ensure a transparent and competitive process. The authority operates under the Ministry of Housing and Works and manages residential and commercial development projects for federal government employees.
