Gilgit-Baltistan-Chitral Highway Approved Timeline Shared
According to media reports, the Minister for Communications and Postal Services in Islamabad, Murad Saeed, announced that Prime Minister Imran Khan approved the Gilgit-Baltistan-Chitral Highway project to promote tourism.

According to the specifics, construction of the Gilgit-Baltistan-Chitral Highway will begin in December 2021. Gilgit-Baltistan was described as the entrance to the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), which would ensure the region’s growth.
In addition, the minister revealed that three projects would be initiated in Chitral by the end of the year. He also stated that the National Highway Administration (NHA) would execute the projects quickly and openly.

In addition, Minister for Communications and Postal Services Murad also stated that the Jaglot-Skardu Road development would be completed by the end of this month. He continued by stating that the road construction work is being hastened for a quicker finish.
