Gold Prices Jump All-Time High to Rs 202,500 Per Tola in 2023
On Friday, January 27, 2023, the price of 24 karat gold per tola increased by Rs 7,000, reaching an all-time high of Rs 202,500 against the previous trading day’s sale of Rs 195,500.

According to the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association, the price of 10 kilos of 22 karat gold jumped to Rs159,144 from Rs153,642 while the price of 10 grams of 24 carat gold increased by Rs 6,000 to Rs173,610 from Rs167,610.
One tola of silver now costs Rs. 2200, up Rs. 50, while ten grams of silver cost Rs. 42.86 more, or Rs. 1886.14.

According to the organization, the cost of gold on the world market dropped by US$6 to US$1,930 from its sale price of US$1,936 on the previous trading day.
