Government to Publicize New Policy to Revive Film Industry
Islamabad: To assure the rebirth of the film industry and the country’s general progress, the government will establish new policy parameters. It will then announce a significant package and revise key levies to encourage productions.

A new film policy will be released before the end of next month, it was revealed that the government had been trying to update the present film policy for a number of months.
The new strategy will also evaluate film taxes and offer unique advantages for TV and film producers, the PFPA delegation was also informed.
Ishtiaq Asif Naqibi, a writer and poet, remarked in a conversation with the concerned officials that “the measure would inspire new investors to work hard to restore the sector with excellent output.”
Aijaz Aslam, a seasoned actor and entertainer, stated to international media that the government’s new strategy will attract fresh and youthful creators to work in the nation.
