Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: According to new sources, Prime Minister Imran Khan reaffirmed his commitment to combating climate change and reversing its negative impacts in the nation.

The Prime Minister said this while speaking at a ceremony for the “Ten Billion Tree Tsunami Programme.” A great accomplishment was made as part of the celebration when the PM planted the one billionth tree in the Makhniyal forest. The first tree was also planted there in September 2018.
According to Mr. Khan, the country’s woods are the initiative’s primary emphasis for environmental protection. Additionally, it covers urban locations with tree planting drives such colleges, schools, greenways, and public parks.
