Government to Start Work on Nullah Leh, RRR Projects
The Rawalpindi Ring Road (RRR) and Nullah Leh Expressway would be constructed by the Punjab government, according to the most recent reports published on December 27 in Lahore.

Habib-ul-Haq Randhawa (Director of Communication and Work Department) has been appointed as RDA Chief Engineer by the government of Punjab. The provincial government has appointed a chief engineer from RDA to eliminate the obstacles and let it to work on an RRP 30 billion RRR and 104 billion rupee Nullah Leh project.

According to sources, the Nullah Leh Highway and Flood Channel project could not be initiated due to a number of obstacles. Along the banks of the Leh drain, a 16.5-kilometer motorway is being constructed as part of this project.
Additionally, the project comprises the construction of bridges and culverts, the lining and channeling of the drain, the development of green spaces near Nullah Leh, and the construction of commercial centers.
