Houses Constructed After Land Award to Not Be Entertained
Afnan Alam, director of the Capital Development Authority (CDA), reportedly said that any houses in Sector C-15 constructed after the land award would be excluded from the built-up Property (BuP) award survey.

CDA provided 162 alternative plots to Sector E-12’s impacted residents.
Only the residences now located on Margalla Road that existed at the time of land allocation would be considered for BuP in Sector C-15. According to news reports, the CDA’s deputy commissioner will soon reveal the winner of this award.

Interestingly, the announcement for BuP awards for Sector C-15 was made many years ago. As the BuP has been delayed for many years, this has been one of the primary motivations for the construction of new residences up until this point.
