Illegal Structure Will Be Razed to Restore Abbottabad’s Grandeur
According to media sources, Commissioner Hazara Division Riaz Khan Mehsud remarked that Abbottabad’s splendor would be restored after the unlawful constructions in the Cantonment Board are dismantled.

On the commissioner’s orders, an anti-encroachment effort has begun in Abbottabad. Almost 55 unlawful structures, 360 walls, and 12 culverts were demolished as part of this anti-encroachment action. The commissioner informed the media that unauthorized structures impeding the free flow of rainwater would be demolished.
In addition, residential colonies next to Nullah Jab were seriously destroyed by the torrential rains on July 11. The commissioner informed the media that, following the devastation caused by the flood, a detailed strategy was developed.

Similarly, Commissioner Riaz Khan stated that over 6,000 kiosks were removed from the Kaghan Valley in an effort to boost tourism and the economy in the Hazara District.
