Infringements Removed in Battagram
Battagram: A team of tehsil municipal administration initiated an anti-encroachment effort in the main Battagram Bazar along the Karakoram Highway.

In addition to removing encroachments from the roadside, a TMA team led by enforcement officer Dosti Rehman also pursued legal action against business owners who had rented out space in front of their stores.
The move was taken as a result of the deteriorating conditions in Battagram Bazaar, where sellers had nearly completely taken over the pavements along the main highways.
The anti-encroachment squad removed the chairs and other seating arrangements that restaurants and temporary eateries had set up on pathways for their patrons.

Dosti Rehman also visited market vendors to examine the quality of the food products and official pricing lists.
On this occasion, he requested that business owners keep their stores and the area around them clean and to dispose of their trash in designated areas so that it could be picked up by the TMA sanitation workers.
For failing to show proper price lists, maintaining inadequate hygiene, etc., he punished numerous shop owners.
