Internet Restored in Khyber District and Areas of Balochistan
Following a review of the security situation by the relevant departments, instructions were given to telecom operators for the restoration of internet services in the Khyber District of KPK and various locations within a number of districts in Balochistan, in line with the government’s vision to provide internet services throughout the nation.

Along the highways RCDH, N-30, N-85, and Awaran-Bela Road, they include Turbat city, Kech, Awaran, Panjgur, Washuk, and Kalat.
In order to provide inhabitants of these areas with better voice and data services, cellular mobile operators (CMOs) will also be instructed to upgrade their existing infrastructure from 2G sites to 3G/ 4G where practical and to take into account network expansion.

The return of data services will make it easier for locals to meet their needs in terms of education, healthcare, commerce, and communication. Subject to a review of the security situation, the restoration of internet services in other locations will be carried out piecemeal.
