KP Government Finalizes Development Project Worth Rs 5 billion
The government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has concluded a Rs5 billion development project to enhance economic activity in urban centers and bazaars in seven combined districts and six subdivisions.

The provincial government has instructed the deputy commissioners of all relevant districts to personally oversee the upgrading of important marketplaces in merging districts in an effort to increase economic activity in these regions.
On the special directives of Chief Minister Mahmood Khan, the Planning and Development department has approved Rs 600 million for 42 uplift projects in North Waziristan, Rs 700 million for 140 projects in South Waziristan, projects worth Rs 260 million for Daraznada and Kohibahar sub-divisions of DI Khan, Rs 250 million for sub-divisions areas of Tank district, Rs 250 million for nine projects of Beltane sub-division of Lakki Mar

Similarly, Rs 600 million was authorized for 52 projects in the district of Bajaur, Rs 601 million for different uplift projects in the district of Orakzai, and Rs 200 million for six bazaars in the subdivision of Dara Adam Khel.
450 million rupees have been approved for the commencement of development projects in the bazaars of Khyber district’s Bara, Landi Kotal, and Jamrud tehsils, and 650 million rupees for development projects in Mohmand district.
