Land Grabbing Complaints Category Added in Pakistan Citizens’ Portal

Islamabad: According to a news story, Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan said that the Pakistan Citizens Portal (PCP), which is run under his direct supervision, will get a new category for complaints about land-grabbing. This category will be for complaints about land-grabbing only.

According to reports, the PM said that the federal government was going to stop people from grabbing land in the country and work to improve public services overall.

This new category will make it easier for people to file complaints about land grabbing and to report when state land is being used illegally. It was made clear that complaints from Pakistanis living abroad will be looked into as soon as possible.

Also, the prime minister has given orders for strict legal action to be taken according to the law at different levels of government, both provincial and federal. This change will also bring to light the administrative grey areas of the issue.

With the results from this category, the government will be able to come up with policies, evaluate the performance and efficiency of officials, and hold them accountable if they do something wrong.

PM Khan has given orders to make sure that complaints about land grabbing are looked at carefully. There will be special meetings every three months to talk about how the complaints in this category are going.

In private matters, though, the prime minister said that both sides should be heard so that the allegations can be properly looked into.
