LAHORE: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has conducted its sixth computerized balloting for residential and commercial plots offered under its installment-based scheme.
The balloting included plots in Johar Town, LDA City and LDA Avenue-I. A total of 1,520 applications were reportedly received from eligible applicants.

Plots Included in Balloting
The draw covered 40 four-marla commercial plots in the Business Bay area of LDA City, located near Ferozepur Road and Ring Road.
It also included 30 five-marla commercial plots in LDA Avenue-I’s Commercial Zone and 25 five-marla residential plots in Block K of Johar Town.

Three-Year Payment Plan
According to LDA Director General Tahir Farooq, successful applicants can pay for the plots through a three-year plan divided into 12 equal installments.
Applicants making full payment in one go will be eligible for a 5% discount.
Successful applicants will now proceed with the required allotment formalities following completion of the balloting process.
