LDA to Hold Second Conference on Lahore Master Plan 2050
The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) will host the second public seminar/stakeholder conference on Master Plan 2050 at Lahore Fort’s Summer Palace, according to a news article.

The planned Master plan 2050 for Lahore is intended to address the city’s traffic, public transportation, ecology, industrialization, urbanisation, and social challenges. The seminar is being hosted in conjunction with the Lahore Walled City Authority.
The Authority has invited individuals and national and international consulting firms to the second public seminar/stakeholder conference to study, discuss, and learn from their international city planning experiences.

Moreover, the Lahore Development Authority has requested that the government, semi-government, private organisations and agencies, as well as the general public, submit plans and ideas for Lahore’s improvement.
In this regard, the authority has invited participants to submit their suggestions and objections either in person to the Metropolitan Planning Wing at the LDA office, or during the conference itself.
