Location Publicized for NPHP Apartments in Multan
Multan: According to a news report circulated by national publications, the Punjab government has disclosed the location of roughly 500 low-cost flats that would be constructed in Multan as part of the Naya Pakistan Housing Program (NPHP) plan.

According to information provided by Housing Secretary Liaqat Ali Chatta, the government has approved the start-up of Multan’s 500 low-cost flats near Madni Chowk as part of Prime Minister Imran Khan’s flagship NPHP plan. During a ceremony held in conjunction with the Clean & Green Pakistan Initiative, the secretary revealed this information.
The secretary further added that Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency owns the site on which the apartments will be built.
Banks will provide home loans with cheap interest rates and simple terms so that individuals may purchase the housing, according to Chatta. In order to serve a larger audience, he applauded the banking industry for expanding its collaboration with private housing schemes.

When questioned about the estimated delivery date for the NPHP apartments in Multan, Chatta responded that the project would be finished as soon as possible.
