MDA Governing Body Members Inform ACE about Plots Case
Multan: Members of the governing body of the Multan Development Authority (MDA) appeared before the Anti-Corruption Establishment in relation to the alleged “illegal” allocation of nine commercial and thirteen residential plots.

The record has already been taken by the ACE.
The body member, PTI MPA Sabeen Gul, did not show up in front of the investigation panel.
Qazilbash was given the plot No. 7-E in Officer Colony, which has a five kanal, eight marla, and five square yard area. On November 18, 1963, his representative received ownership of the site.

The legal heirs of the owners of plots No. E-7 and No. E-2 of the Officers’ Colony were informed of the specifics of the awaiting substitute plots, according to MDA Director-General Agha Ali Abbas.
He said that he had also cited the law secretary’s opinions on the relevant cases from 1998 and 2018, both of which made it clear that the Punjab government’s restriction on plot exchanges did not apply to alternative plots in those circumstances.
