Minister Shares Timeline for Completion of Faisalabad Projects
Faisalabad: According to media reports, Punjab Finance Minister Makhdoom Hashim Jawan Bakht stated that all Faisalabad District Development Programme development projects worth PKR 13 billion will be completed by the end of the current fiscal year.
According to the information presented, the development initiatives include a modern urban transportation system and addressing the issue of clean drinking water, Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) and municipal. According to the minister, the current administration would alter the physical image of Faisalabad.
The finance minister also instructed the Deputy Commissioner of Faisalabad to set a timeframe for completing the ongoing development projects and to provide the schemes’ specifics at the subsequent meeting.

In addition, the minister of state for television, Farrukh Habib, proposed boosting the pace of work on the ongoing road projects. He acknowledged that the difficulty with the development programmes is the rate of work, not the amount of funds.
