Corruption Hindered Pakistan’s Progress in Money Laundering
Prime Minister Imran Khan remarked, “Pakistan has not advanced as swiftly as it should have due to money laundering and corruption.”

The prime minister spoke at the launch of the Ship Lift and Transfer System at the Karachi Shipyard.
Prime Minister Imran used this analogy to argue that Allah created nations in a similar manner, adding that they are successful when they learn to fight and conquer challenges.
Allah teaches Muslims to follow the example of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), he stated, using the State of Madinah as an example, and adding that whoever state adopts the Riyasat-e-Madinah will always prevail over its difficulties.
Governor of Sindh Imran Ismail and federal ministers Asad Umar, Ali Haider Zaidi, and Zubaid Jalal also attended the ceremony.

In accordance with the Karachi Transformation Plan, the prime minister will be informed at the Karachi Port Trust (KPT) on the various federal government initiatives being carried out in the city.
According to sources, Railways Minister Azam Swati will brief Prime Minister Imran on the Karachi Circular Railway (KCR) project, and after the meetings at the Karachi Port Trust, he would likely visit the Hub Chowki.
