Multan to Get Pakistan First Amazon AFFC
Multan: According to press reports, the first Amazon Fulfillment and Facilitation Center (AFFC) in Pakistan will open there after Eid-ul-Adha, according to Postmaster General (PMG) Zulfiqar Husnain. The action will aid in promoting regional craftsmanship on the global market.

To help the artisans promote their goods, the Postmaster General arranged meetings with the Multan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) in this regard.
The official added that such AFFCs and warehouses would also be established in other South Punjabi districts, such as Bahawalpur, Rahim Yar Khan, Muzaffargarh, Sahiwal, and others.

Prior to this, Abdul Razak Dawood, the advisor to the prime minister of Pakistan for trade and investment, had declared that Pakistan had been added to Azamon’s list of certified sellers, a development welcomed as a significant step towards increasing exports. In this regard, Pakistan Post declared in June that the government-owned postal service has partnered with Amazon for official delivery services.
