Nadra to Register People for Ehsaas Program
Dera Ghazi Khan: Nadra has agreed to register potential Ehsaas programme recipients, and desks and centres would be set up in 12 south Punjabi districts.

Nadra has been ordered to set up registration centres in 12 districts of southern Punjab for socioeconomic profiling and enrollment of potential beneficiaries in order to fulfil the goals of the prime minister’s Ehsaas programme.
If the recipients satisfy the requirements, they will be qualified for several government aid programmes.

The registration centres would be set up in Dera Ghazi Khan, Taunsa, Multan, Khanewal, Sahiwal, Pakpattan, Vehari, Lodhran, Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar, Rahim Yar Khan, Muzaffargarh, and Rajanpur, according to retired captain Muhammad Ali Ejaz, Deputy Commissioner.
He stated that the exercise will be completed by gathering data at these centres and then validating it for accurate socioeconomic profiling.

He stated that Nadra has been given adequate structures in Taunsa Sharif and Dera Ghazi Khan for the establishment of registration centres.
He claimed that the registration procedure for potential beneficiaries who are eligible will go for a further five months.
