OGRA Moves to Bring LPG Bowsers into Regulatory Regime
Islamabad: The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has taken steps to include LPG bowsers used for Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) transportation under the regulatory framework and has awarded a sufficient number of permits to do so.

The list of authorized bowsers and the licencing process, according to OGRA, have been posted on the government website, www.ogra.org.pk.
In the near future, only licenced bowsers will be permitted to transport and carry LPG inside the nation, and bulk dealers are expected to exercise caution for the safety of both the public and the material.

Before transporting LPG, they must be diligent and do a thorough inspection of the bowsers. In order to handle the LPG supply chain safely and uphold international safety standards, OGRA has committed to protect public safety and is seeking the collaboration of all parties.
