Pak-UK Agree to Enhance Bilateral Trade Ties
Mark Eastwood, a member of the British Parliament and the trade representative of the British Prime Minister, met with Syed Naveed Qamar, the federal minister of commerce, to discuss the potential for bilateral trade.

The trade envoy’s efforts to increase bilateral trade between the two nations were praised by the minister.
He added that there was enormous opportunity for investment in the fields of education, health, energy, textile, and other areas, saying that Pakistan honored trustworthy relations between two countries. He expressed hope for stability in the nation in the near future and stated that the current government’s top priorities are economic growth and stabilization.
The improvement of bilateral commerce was another point made by the UK trade ambassador. He admitted that many Pakistanis living in the UK are contributing to the growth of their nation.
