Pakistani Runner Makes Marathon History with Six-Star Medal Triumph
Dr. Salman Khan made his country of Pakistan proud by becoming the first Pakistani to finish all six major marathons in the world, which was yet another sporting accomplishment for the nation.

The Abbott World Marathon Majors include races in Tokyo, Boston, London, Berlin, Chicago, and New York City, according to the specifics.
The Pakistani runner, who finished the Tokyo marathon on March 5, has accomplished a tremendous feat. Five female runners made up the 11 Pakistan-born athletes who competed in the Tokyo marathon.
Dr. Salman Khan, who is now eligible for the Abbott Six Star Medal, stated in a media interview before the race that the award was crucial to him and his nation.

Salman went on to say that he would like to run in the 2024 Paris Olympic Marathon as well as the Boston Marathon annually because it allows him to socialise with other people.
Additionally, Dr. Salman Khan advised those planning to run in the marathon to “enjoy the run”. He emphasised the necessity of perseverance and commitment to win the coveted medal.
Salman encouraged his fellow countrymen to try their hardest because “nothing is impossible” in his message to the runner who was born in Pakistan. Salman also said he hoped to inspire his people.

Along with Salman Khan, other Pakistanis who ran in the Tokyo marathon included Hamid Butt, Rabia Naeem, Ayesha Qamar, Fahad Mukhtar, Prem Kumar, Huma Rehman, Fawad Karim, Ayesha Akhtar, Hasan Tajdar, and Sara Lodhi.
