According to sources, Systems Limited of Lahore has provided Jugnu and its parent company Saleflo with $3.2 million (PKR 518 million).

The startup’s objective is to exploit this latest influx of capital to expand in a highly competitive market, where Bazaar, Dasgyr, Retailo, and Tajir are also currently operating.
Systems, a company with a market value of $430 million, will serve as a partner to unlock potential with the goal of enhancing its position in the digital retail environment.
According to official records, the software company “Salesflo” was founded in 2015, and they developed the nation’s first cloud-based platform for FMCGs. Through its platform, “Salesflo” has helped forty enterprise FMCG, pharmaceutical, and distribution organisations get access to more than 300,000 shops nationwide.

Then, in 2020, Salesflo introduced Jugnu, enabling small grocery businesses around the country to acquire inventory. Jugnu is currently operating in Lahore, delivering its services to thousands of grocery stores via its mobile app and fulfilment facilities, and giving store owners with next-day delivery on all orders.
