PC-1 Approved by Punjab for Hybrid Economical Houses
Lahore: On Thursday, December 9th, Malik Asad (Punjab Minister for Housing) approved Project Concept-1 (PC-1) for the development of hybrid economical houses on government-owned land in collaboration with private contractors.
According to the reports, the homes will be built in Sialkot and Pattoki at the cost of 2.275 Pakistani Rupees per square foot. The plan was approved at the 82nd meeting of the Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency’s governing body (PHATA).

Private enterprises will construct hybrid homes, each of which will be finished in three days. During the conference, it was also decided that all structures would be built in accordance with international design and durability requirements.
