PECHS, Karachi Road Project Repair Work Geared Up
Karachi: According to our sources, Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) attorney Murtaza Wahab has declared that road repair work has begun in multiple areas of the city, including the Pakistan Employees’ Cooperative Housing Association (PECHS), officials said on Tuesday (March 1).

KMC has began building the Shabbirabad Johar Road, which connects the Ameer Khusro Road and Tipu Sultan Road of PECHS. According to the KMC manager, the entire cost of the road was Rs 35 million. In conjunction with the construction, the subsurface pipeline was restored. The report indicates that the road will be completed by March 20.

Hawksbay Road from McDonald’s to the Karachi nuclear power plant has reportedly been completed in its initial phase by KMC. In Federal B Area Block 4, a 5.5-kilometer road connecting Shalahef Mayun and Shawariura Road was constructed. The Alterf Hussein Barrelbi Road has been carpeted, and the bridge between Kashmir Park and Riaqua Tabard has been restored, according to KMC administrator Wahab.
