PKR 470 Million Given to Faisalabad for Development Schemes
Faisalabad: According to sources, the Faisalabad District Development Committee granted PKR 470 million for various district initiatives on Wednesday, December 29. The total money was allocated to 47 municipal and road infrastructure development projects.

The funding is released for use on public projects by the Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA), Local Government (LG), and Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA). Community Development and Local Government will shortly complete the majority of 41 projects.
In addition, WASA receives funding for the upkeep and repair of the rehabilitation of the sewage system, the installation of water filtration plants, and other projects such as the upkeep of rural drainage systems.

Other funding are permitted for the Food and Drug Administration, one PHA project, three District Health Authority building projects, and the remaining highway projects.
