Rs 35 Billion Subsidy on Houses for Middle Class People

Prime Minister Imran Khan claimed that the government is subsidizing and incentivizing the construction industry to assist low-income individuals in acquiring a home.

He delivered these statements during a ceremony at the Naya Pakistan Housing Authority’s Farash Town Apartments project in Islamabad.

The prime minister announced the allocation of Rs 35 billion for housing subsidies for low-income people. He stated that the government would provide a Rs 300,000 subsidy each dwelling for the first 100,000 units.

While 100,000 flats are now under development, Imran Khan asserts that the process would be accelerated once the structure is complete.
