PPP Leader Wants Construction of Booni-Mastuj Portion
Engineer Fazal Rabbi Jan, president of the PPP Lower Chitral, has demanded that the monies allocated for the repair of the Chitral Shandur road be initially used to rehabilitate the Booomi Mastuj segment of the shandur road.

Engineer Fazal Rabbi stated that the federal government has allocated 2 billion rupees for the massive road project during the current fiscal year.
Due to a lack of money, the NHA has not acquired private land in villages and has not begun work on roads outside of populated regions, including deserts and mountainous terrain.
He advised Chitral that these money would be best employed for the development of the part of the Shandur road between Booni and Mastuj.
Regarding the maintenance of a powerhouse supplying Brep with electricity, the PPP leader declared he would contribute a new turbine costing Rs 1.6 million.

He also informed the residents of Dizg, Khruzg, Mahting, Bang, etc., that he will address the matter of relocating the police station from Yarkhun Lasht to a more convenient site for locals.
The PPP officials and local supporters also emphasized the importance of speaking out for the reinstatement of Upper Chitral’s assembly seat.
