Proposals for Development of Botanical Garden in Banigala
According to an advertisement published in a national newspaper, the federal ministry of climate change in Islamabad has issued a request for proposals (RFP) for the hiring of ‘consultant(s)/consortium of consultant(s)’ for the development of a botanical garden in the Banigala neighbourhood of Islamabad.

The aforementioned botanical garden will comprise 725 acres, and national/international consulting services are required for the conceptual design, master planning, and detailed design of this project.
According to the information provided, bids will be received in accordance with the “single stage-two envelope” approach. The interested firms are requested to submit technical and financial proposals in the prescribed format and in two separate sealed envelopes in accordance with the terms of reference and scope of work (TORs).

The RFP materials for the above assignment can be accessed from the websites of the Ministry of Climate Change, the PPRA, or the office of the National Project Director for the Ten Billion Tree Tsunami Programme.
The submission deadline is October 28, and proposals must arrive at the office of the national project director no later than October 29 at 12:30 p.m. The climate change ministry has guaranteed that the suggestions will be processed in accordance with PPRA regulations.
