The Performance Audit Wing, Lahore, hosted a three-day interactive training course on ‘Value for Money’ for the officers of the executive departments of the governments of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (KP) and Gillgit Baltistan. The meeting was sponsored by the Auditor General of Pakistan.

How to utilize resources economically, efficiently, and effectively (3Es) was the main topic of discussion during the meeting. The action that was disclosed to the departments and agencies’ participants may assist utilities’ public resources in the future.
The course was attended by officers from the province governments of KP and Gillgit. The course may increase value for money, which has been described as the utility obtained from each purchase or expenditure. The concept of Value for Money is essential to life.
