Quick Completion of Work on Kohat Hospital Demanded
Kohat: Roshan Mehsud, the deputy commissioner for Kohat, ordered the building of the Liaquat Memorial Hospital to be finished as quickly as possible.

Following a meeting with the provincial health minister, Taimur Saleem Jhagra, he gave the orders when visiting the hospital a few days ago. The health minister had directed that construction on the facility be sped up.
You may remember that Pervez Khattak, a previous chief minister, had begun the hospital’s rehabilitation in 2018 at an estimated cost of Rs. 1.20 billion.

It took three years to finish the job. However, the contractor abandoned the project in early 2019 after just erecting the pillars due to a lack of funding.
The education department has established committees to look into allegations of violence and harassment against female headmistresses and instructors.
