RAWALPINDI: In response to public concerns about potential misinformation, the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has promptly responded by sending letters to the owners of seven YouTube channels and marketing firms.
Tajir International, Property Nama, Raja Ishtiaq Creative Real Estate, Octa Plus, MBK Daily Routine Vlogs, Manzoor Hussain Official, and Gondal Group are among the organizations that received notices.

These YouTube channels, according to an RDA representative, were discovered to be actively promoting illegal housing projects like Agro Farm, Faisal Hills Phase-II, New Airport Town, Ruden Enclave, Rawal Enclave, Al-Haram City, and Blue World City, misleading the general public in the process.
Rule 46 (1) of the Punjab Development Authorities Private Housing Scheme Rules–2021 is obviously broken when such illegal housing schemes are advertised without prior authority clearance.
