Peshawar Zalmi spinner Sufiyan Muqeem was crowned Player of the Tournament in PSL 11 after delivering an outstanding performance throughout the season.
The left-arm spinner emerged as the leading wicket-taker, claiming 22 wickets in 11 matches. He maintained an impressive economy rate of 7.20, along with an average of 14.40 and a strike rate of 12. His best bowling figures stood at 4 for 32.
Sufiyan’s dominant run also earned him the Fazal Mahmood cap for most wickets, along with the Bowler of the Tournament award.
Zalmi skipper Babar Azam also had a remarkable season. He secured the Hanif Mohammad cap after finishing as the tournament’s top run-scorer, amassing 588 runs in 11 matches at an average of 73.50 and a strike rate of 145.90. Despite scoring a duck in the final, his campaign included three half-centuries and three centuries, earning him the Batter of the Tournament title.
Peshawar Zalmi continued to dominate the individual awards, with Kusal Mendis named Wicketkeeper of the Tournament. He scored 550 runs, finishing as the second-highest run-getter, and contributed behind the stumps with two catches.
Meanwhile, Farhan Yousuf was recognized as Fielder of the Tournament after taking 10 catches during the competition.
The only major award outside Zalmi went to Shadab Khan, captain of Islamabad United, who was named All-Rounder of the Tournament after scoring 173 runs and picking up 17 wickets.
