Road Projects in Multan, Sheikhupura Approved by Punjab PDWP
The Punjab Provincial Development Working Party has approved five development initiatives for various sectors totaling PKR 5,039.577 billion, according to the most recent media sources (PDWP).

Chairman of the Planning and Development Board Abdullah Khan Sumbal approved the projects during the 51st of the Provincial Development Working Party (PDWP) meeting. Here are the specifics of the projects:
- Restoration/dualization of a 1.25-kilometer road in Multan district, from MDA Chowk to Lodhi via Pull Bararan, at the cost of PKR 1,038.96 million
- Cost of PKR 943.224 million for the construction of an underpass at the Katchehri-Rasulnagar Road Railway Crossing City in Shiekhupura.
- Rehabilitation and concrete side protection/lining of Dinga Disty and its system at the cost of PKR 633.886 billion

- Pilot-demonstration investments in resource efficiency and cleaner production in key Industrial Sectors (PGDP/DLI-7) with a budget of PKR 2 billion.
- Increasing water supply in Sikhanwala District, the Chichoki Mallian District system’s concrete lining, Ahmad Wala Minor, Muniyiyawala Minor, and Hardo Minor at a cost of PKR 423.504 million.
