RS 10 Billion Projects Approved for Attock: PTI Focal Person
Taxila: Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Attock chapter spokesman Syed Khawar Abbas Bukhari stated that the government has authorized a Rs 10 billion development plan for the current fiscal year.

Speaking to journalists at his villa in Attock, he stated that the district’s residents would not only receive the necessary health, education, and infrastructure development facilities but their living standards would also be raised.
He stated that for the first time in the history of Punjab, neglected and backward regions of Attock were included in the development package.
The funding will be used for several development initiatives, including building a 200-bed Mother and Child Hospital, upgrading the District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital, and establishing a college-level nursing school.

On the Rawalpindi-Peshawar G.T. Road, the Islamabad-Peshawar Motorway, and the Hazara Motorway, a trauma facility will be established at the DHQ hospital and at Gondal, with the capacity to handle any type of fatalities.
In Attock, a home for orphans will be constructed at the cost of Rs 400 million. He added that the roads from Attock to Haji Shah and from Jhala Khan Chowk to Bahtar will also be carpeted.
Mr. Bukhari declared that he would run for tehsil nazim of Attock in the forthcoming municipal elections.
