Rs 3,780 Billion Net Revenue Collected by FBR in 10 Months
In comparison to the allotted objective of Rs 3,637 billion, the FBR- Federal Board of Revenue has amassed net revenues of over Rs 3,780 billion in just the ten months from July (2020) to April (2021), showing a definite rise of Rs 143 billion.

The tentative revenue collection numbers for the first 10 months of the current fiscal year were also made public in the FBR report. The FBR, however, “has recently collected Rs 3780 billion net revenue during July-April period that has over the stated target of Rs 3,637 billion that is more than by Rs 143 billion,” according to the provisional figures.

Additionally, it has been revealed that the net collection for the month of April was about Rs 384 billion, which is higher than the required increase of over Rs 242 billion and 159% of the target. This represents an increase of a significant 57% over the amount of Rs 240 billion that was collected in April of 2020.
