Rudn Enclave Announces Date For Executive Block Balloting

The Rudn Enclave members had good news. The date for the Executive Block’s computerised voting has finally been announced by the Rudn Enclave Rawalpindi management. The Rudn Enclave Rawalpindi website and official social media sites of the administration both posted the formal announcement of the voting event.

A large housing development called Rudn Enclave Rawalpindi is situated across from Bahria Town Phase 8 Extension on main Adyala Road. The Rudn Enclave developers made great strides in its development and finished the Executive block quickly. Voting was promised to take place in the first quarter of 2023, as the management had intimated. Terms and Conditions for Rudn Encalve Executive Block Balloting

To be eligible for the first electronic balloting, members must make sure that the requirements are met.

To participate in voting, members must pay at least 60% of their outstanding dues and update their ledgers.
Also, in this balloting, members who have received 100% of their payment in full will be given preference. They will be able to select a plot from a category.

Note: Members can avoid surcharges and penalties by paying their unpaid dues before the balloting date, which is March 14, 2023, and updating their ledgers.
