The last quarter of 2024 saw the official inauguration of the Rudn Enclave Overseas Block, the only housing project block in Pakistan that had the necessary PHATTA approval. In addition to being authorized, Overseas Block is situated near the Rawalpindi Ring Road in a key spot on the main Chakri Road.

In this block, three new plot sizes were added: residential plots measuring 5 Marla, 10 Marla, and 1 Kanal. The costs were kept reasonable, and an easy-to-follow payment schedule was disclosed. Nonetheless, the Rudn Enclave government has previously said on several occasions that the Overseas Block pricing will change.

New Rates for Rudn Overseas Block 5 Marla

Plots of five marlas are currently available for 2,090,000, with PKR 418,000 required as a 20% down payment. The total amount due in 48 months is PKR 30,450 per installment, plus 209,000 for possession fees.

New Rates for Rudn Overseas Block 10 Marla

With the revised rates, 10 Marla plots cost PKR 3,900,000 in total, with PKR 780,000 for the 20% down payment. The possession charges amount to PKR 390,000, and each installment is PKR 56,875.

Rudn Overseas Block 01 Kanal New Rates: 01 Kanal rates have also gone up; PKR 5,995,000 is now the entire cost of a 1 Kanal property. With a 20% down payment of PKR 1,199,000, it can be reserved. 

Payable possession charges amount to PKR 599,500, and each monthly installment is PKR 88,563.

Early Possession and Balloted Plots

The down payment, which is covered below, is the sole difference between these two categories in terms of overall cost, installments, and possession fees.

• 30% Down Payment for a 5 Marla Balloted Plot: PKR 627,000
• 30% Down Payment for a 5 Marla Balloted Plot: PKR 1,170,000
• 30% Down Payment for a 5 Marla Balloted Plot: PKR 1,798,500
• Down payment for the 5 Marla Early Possession Plot is 40%, or PKR 836,000.
• Down payment for a 5 Marla Early Possession Plot is 40%: PKR. 1,560,000
• Down payment for a 5 Marla Early Possession Plot: PKR 2,398,000 (40%)
