Saudi Citizens Visiting Countries on the “Red List”
Saudi Arabia increased its level of precaution in response to the spread of the widespread health problem by announcing a three-year travel ban on travellers who will visit countries that are on the KSA red list.
Many Saudi individuals travelled outside of their country in May of this year, according to government sources. A three-year travel ban, severe penalties, and legal measures were declared against anybody who would break this regulation in order to ameliorate the current situation of this crisis.

Brazil, Egypt, Ethiopia, India, Indonesia, Lebanon, Pakistan, South Africa, Turkey, Afghanistan, Argentina, Vietnam, and the United Arab Emirates are among the nations on the red list maintained by KSA.
She has given the impression that Saudi Arabia will not tolerate its residents’ carelessness. Ironically, Pakistan made the list of countries that could not control the virus for the approval of this move, despite the WHO’s positive comments on the management of COVID-19 by the Pakistani government.

KSA, which has a population of almost 30 million, has effectively stopped the current health catastrophe. From a peak of over 4,000 infections per day in June 2020 to about 100 in early January, daily infections fell. Yet, the government is still vigilant as Tuesday saw 1,379 more cases of Covid-19 infections recorded, bringing the total to 520,774 cases and 8,189 fatalities.
