Scheme to Reward Pos-Integrated Tier-1 Retail Shoppers by FBR
Islamabad: According to the most recent reports, the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has established a reward program for consumers who shop at POS-integrated tier-1 businesses.

The winners of this scheme will be chosen through an electronic ballot. According to the facts, the program was launched under the Finance Act of 2021. It is stated that electronic voting will take place on the 15th of each month beginning in January 2022. The entire prize amount is 53 million Pakistani rupees, which will be divided among 1,007 winners each month.
An FBR representative indicated that this incentive program would boost transparency and reduce revenue leakage by tracking sales. Additionally, it will verify that the collected tax is put into the state’s treasury. This program will encourage customers to shop at retail stores with POS integration.

According to the information provided regarding the reward plan, purchasers can enter the drawing by authenticating their receipts through the Tax Asaan mobile app or by sending an SMS with the invoice number to 9966.
