Slow Work on Road Troubles Residents of Kohat Area
Residents of Kohat have complained about the poor pace of work on the Barh-Jabbi Road, stating that a 15-minute trip to the district administration of Kohat took an hour owing to huge digging.

In a statement released here on Tuesday, former nazi leader Umer Gul and social activists of Jabbi, including Najmal Shah, Zafarullah Khan, and others, said that excavation work on the five-kilometer-long dirt road had begun a month earlier.
According to them, rolling stones continued to fall from mountains owing to excavation, making travel on the route hazardous. Elders reported that when it rained, the dug-up road turned into mud pools, causing problems for drivers.

A few days ago, the van became bogged in mud while transporting a youngster with a broken leg to the KDA Teaching Hospital.
The people said that road construction had begun after decades, but they did not know when it would be completed.
