Subsidy Announced for LDA City Naya Pakistan Apartments
According to the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) City Naya Pakistan Apartments’ official Facebook page, the Naya Pakistan Housing and Development Authority (NAPHDA) has announced a PKR 300,000 subsidy for the 2,000 ballot winners.

The following is how those who are chosen can receive the PKR 300,000 subsidy:
The winning applicant must download their paperwork from the LDA website and submit them within 15 days. These applicants’ information will be reviewed by NAPHDA in accordance with its eligibility requirements.
The subsidy will only be given to individuals who the authorities deems qualified.

On its official website, LDA has posted the list of qualified applicants and the banks that they are linked with.
Previously, the authority issued an invitation to apply for allocation of 2,000 flats being built as part of the 4,000 LDA City Naya Pakistan Apartments Phase 1 from government, federal, and LDA employees who were receiving monthly wages under PKR 50,000.
