Surprise Visit to Low-cost Apartment Project in G-13 by PM
Prime Minister Imran Khan paid a visit to the G-13 construction site of the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority’s (FGEHA) low-cost “Kashmir Avenue” apartment project on February 15. (11th).

According to press reports, officials informed Prime Minister Khan on the pace of progress. The also informed Mr. Khan that the project has been significantly delayed as a result of the rising cost of constructing materials. Prices have also affected the Kashmir Avenue and Lifestyle Residency complexes in Sector G-13.

According to the sources, the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) devised a budget-friendly housing project for the country’s middle class. The project development consists of three towers, each with a basement and ground-plus 21 stories and a total of 1,467 apartments, 714 of which will have a land area of 1,300 square feet. Each of the 753 apartments will be 1,100 square feet.
